MedAssets Annual Meeting April 10-12, 2002

It's that time again. Mark your calendar for the MedAssets HSCA, Inc. annual meeting to be held this April 10-12, 2002, at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As you know, the past year brought many changes for our national affiliate MedAssets HSCA, Inc. The annual meeting will be the first as a combined organization. The merger of InSource Health Services and HSCA has positioned the new company MedAssets HSCA, Inc. as the fourth largest GPO in the healthcare industry, with strong positions in both acute and alternate care markets. We all have been working diligently to combine contract portfolios and to create healthcare solutions customized to fit the needs of PRIME members.

The meeting kicks off with our traditional golf outing which will take place on Wednesday, April 10th at Silverstone Golf Club.

Opening night offers a reception at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, where you will find plenty of food, fun and live entertainment throughout the evening.

Thursday, we will start with our opening session and Keynote speaker, followed by our Supplier Mart. We plan to host 900 members at the meeting, including our committed Select program members, as well as our Strategic Alliances. We are confident that your networking opportunities will make it well worth your time attending the meeting.

Our event night has always been the best part of the meeting. This year we have reserved the House of Blues in Mandalay Bay to celebrate our success and express our gratitude to both our members and our Key Suppliers. The event night will carry a disco theme and we are encouraging all who attend to come in their best disco digs!

Friday will feature continuing education opportunities and a MedAssets staff Open House, where you'll be able to spend some time with key MedAssets contacts, who will answer questions and provide information.

We recognize the need to not only provide value to everyone attending the annual meeting, but also to promote our joint efforts throughout the year. We have designed a variety of programs to encourage on going communications and strategies and hope you will find them advantageous. We look forward to seeing you there!
