Our extensive staff, locally and at our national affiliates, bring years of experience, specific expertise, and substantial industry knowledge to our jobs. Meeting our members’ needs is paramount in everything we do. Here is a brief sketch of some of the key people supporting our members. We look forward to working with you!
David Foley, Vice President Shared Services
Mr. Foley began with PRIME in 1985. He began as the Director, Group Purchasing and progressed to his current role of responsibility for the overall performance of the program. He earned a B.S. in Business from Towson University and a Masters from the University of Maryland University College.

Amy Ginsberg, Assistant Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Ms. Ginsberg began her career with PRIME in 1991. She has a B.S. degree in Biology with minor in Italian/French from Boston University and Circolo Fiologico, Milan, Italy. She has
over twenty-five years experience in the health care sales industry serving all sectors from acute care institutions to physicians. Ms. Ginsberg guides the strategic sales direction of our program and maintains constant contact with members to identify and serve their needs.

Nicole Mazzei-Williams, Account Executive
Ms. Mazzei-Williams has years of experience is health care sales. She has been with PRIME since 2005. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC and has a Masters from the University of Maryland University College, College Park, MD. She has responsibility for sales and service with member accounts. She has worked closely with clinicians and management at all levels in her career.

Gloria Schoepf, Contracts Coordinator
Ms. Schoepf began her career with PRIME in 1984 as an administrative assistant. Her role and responsibilities have steadily expanded to where she has responsibility for managing PRIME’s portfolio of regional contracts and coordinating the national portfolio of agreements. She has performed numerous previous duties included managing the PRIME pharmacy program for many years. She maintains oversight of PRIME’s administrative and operational functions.
